Mankato Brewing started producing beers in 2012 and is proud to revive the brewing tradition in the key city. Mankato Brewing is the first production brewery in the community since 1967. Organ Grinder – Amber Lager – The malt is the key to Organ Grinder with the hops taking a break. Much like it’s German inspired relatives, you see its brilliant amber color and smell its rich malt base. The flavor follows the aroma and is toasty with a touch of sweetness and a slight noble hop presence. ABV: 5.6% IBU: 30
Mad Butcher – IPA – Brewed in honor of its namesake, Mad Butcher delivers ripe, tropical fruit flavors, citrus zest, and a touch of honey from the malt, deliberately unfiltered; the citra hops are at the forefront and are much like the Mad Butcher himself: amplified, bold and in your face. When 3 Floyds Brewing Co. joined forces with Danish gypsy brewer Mikkeller to open WarPigs Brewpub in Copenhagen in 2015, it became one of the first American craft breweries to establish a beachhead in Continental Europe.
Now the two internationally ranked breweries are launching WarPigs Brewing in the States. WarPigs Lazurite and WarPigs Foggy Geezer were created for WarPigs Brewpub and embody 3 Floyds’ in-your-face metal-punk ethos and Mikkeller’s innovative style.

We started homebrewing together in 2006 in Jim’s one-car garage. Our first brew was on -20 degree February day. As we huddled around a turkey burner (both for warmth and warmth and because the garage was so small) we talked about how cool it would be to brew beer for a living “A few weeks later when we tasted our first beer , the decision-whether we knew it yet or not-was made:someday, we would build our own brewery.”
Sweet Child of Vine– Generous quantities of Simcoe and Glacier hops are added throughout the boil. Then, late in ferementation, we infuse the Sweet Child with another dose of Glaciers, imparting a bouquet of hop aroma that veritably bursts forth upon serving.

Ringer– Bright citcus and floral aromas introduce a refreshingly light malt body. An assertive charge of Casscade and Perle hops lend a brilliant flavor and snappy bitterness that carry you quuickly through to a clean finish. Lonely Blonde– The Lonely Blonde wears a delicate fragrance of German noble hops, and slips a touch of white wheat between American pale and crystal malts for a smooth, sensuous body, fair complexion, and a pleasantly lacy white head. Crisp carbonation slinks the Lonely Blonde quickly away, and you’re left with nothing but a slighty lingering sweetness as you contemplate how The Lonely Blonde can be so beautiful on so many levels.

It’s dark enough to pair with steak fresh off the grill, but refreshing enough to cool off on a Minnesota August afternoon.
Despite their name, Loon Juice contains zero traces of loon. Because that would be gross. Instead, all of their cans contain the perfect combination of nature and fun – two things we can all agree on. Everything starts with the best tasting apple around: the honey crisp. From there the recipes are simpler and healthier. The apples are pressed and mashed into little bits until they become cider. The cider gets fermented with champagne yeast. It’s filtered, mixed with fresh honey crisp juice and canned. Viola, Loon Juice!

In 2011, beer enthusiasts Meg Gill and Tony Yanow founded Golden Road Brewing to bring fresh beer to the local market in the most sustainable way possible. In 2015, they proudly partnered with Anheuser-Busch giving us the ability to continue to grow and bring our beers to more fans. Old Chub– This jaw-dropping Scottish strong ale (8%ABV) is brewed with bodacious amounts of malted barley and specialty grains, and a dash of beechwood-smoked malt. Old Chub features semi-sweet flavors of cocoa and coffee, and a wee-bit of smoke. A head-turning treat for malt heads and folks who think they dont dig dark beer.
Mama’s little Yella Pils- Mama’s is built with 100% pale malt, German specialty malts, and Saaz hops. While its rich and Czeched-out flavor, it is gentle hopping (35 IBUs) and low ABV (just 5.3%) make it a luxurious but low-dose refresher.
Deviant Dales- Deviant Dale’s IPA (8 percent ABV, 85IBUs) was born at the crossroads, in a juke joint, as if Dale’s Pale Ale sold its soul to balance Deviant’s foreboding aromas of citrus, grapefruit rind and piney resins, its copper ball-of-fire color and inscrutable flavor-intense finish. G’Knight – Our “Velvet M-80” is a hefty, dry hopped double-red ipa with a nose full of aroma, a sticky mouthfeel, a malty middle and unctuous hop flavors. It’s brewed in tribute to a fellow Colorado craft beer pioneer and Vietnam vet who died fighting a 2002 wild fire outside of our Lyons Hometown. Gubna – Each year GUBNA takes on a personality of its own. We seek out the most exciting and best available hops fromeach individual season to create a potent and complex Imperial IPA. GUBNA is packed with Rye and North American Pale Malt and accented with Munich Malt to give a spicy and flavorful backbone to support loads of kettle hops driving the IBUs to triple digits. The 2014 GUBNA Seasonal is dry hopped with copious amounts of Sorachi Ace, Chinook and Mosaic hops creating a dank, dense nose and unique blend of lemon zest, red berries, spice, peach and herbs through a clean bitter finish. Pinner – How do you cram as much hop & malt flavor and aroma as possible into a beer but make it crushable too? That’s the challenge we answered with PINNER Throwback IPA. At 4.9% ABV and 35 IBUs, this drinkable IPA uses several varieties of hops to target the ever-evolving flavor. With tropical fruits, citrus juices, pineapple and spice berry up front in the aroma and flavor, the biscuit & toasted bread at the back balance out all the hops and make a great finish to go on to your next can of PINNER. It’s the perfect beer for a little sip, sip, give.
Watch Man IPA – Serving as an ancient navigational pointer and constructed from unworked stones in the likeness of a human, INUKSHUK means, “you are on the right path.” Watch Man IPA keeps the bitterness firm, but in check, and is accented by floral and citrus notes from the hops. Pair with flaky grilled fish, creamy pastas and hearty salads.
Third Stone Brown – A myth shattering ale that proves all dark beers dont have to be filling. Sweetly smooth with nutty hints of roasted caramel flavor. Pair with grilled beef or vegetables, Southwest cuisine and caramel desserts.

Fallen Angel Sweet Stout – A smooth-drinking, late-winter wonder. We’ve crafted this English-styled stout using roasted malts and a healthy dose of lactose sugar to produce a creamy-rich beer with hints of roasted chocolate. Best enjoyed with savory pork dishes, slow-grilled meats, bold chesses and smoked game.
In operation since late 2002, Southern Tier Brewing Company of Lakewood, New York, has grown to produce around 50,000 barrels of beer annually. The hand crafted ales are now available in more than half of the United States, as well as parts of Australia, Denmark, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Ontario, British Columbia, and the United Kingdom.
Founders Phineas DeMink and Allen “Skip” Yahn started the brewery with the vision of reviving the practice of small batch brewing to a region rich in brewing tradition. In 2002, with equipment gained from the purchase of the Old Saddleback Brewing Co. in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, the Southern Tier Brewing Company began production in the Stoneman Business Park just outside of Lakewood, New York. By 2003, select varieties of small batch ales were locally distributed, and by 2005, sales covered the majority of New York State and Pennsylvania. Before launching a successful roster of seasonal beers, the brewery produced Pilsner, Mild Ale, and India Pale Ale.
Southern Tier immediately garnered regional attention, and demand for the product quickly outgrew what their modest facility could handle. In 2009 a new 20,000 square foot building was built for the purpose of brewing innovative, high-quality beer to accommodate an expanding customer base. In this new facility, the small brewery was able to grow and offer the product both nationally and internationally, while still satisfying its loyal fans.
Steadily growing, throughout 2010 it became clear that more beer needed to be produced to satisfy a growing customer base. 800-barrel fermentation vessels were added to the production area and a 7500 square foot addition was added for use as a conditioning room. The constantly running brew house has also been expanded and updated from 20 BBL to a 50BBL system. In keeping pace with the expanded brewing capacity, the company replaced its bottling line with the most high-tech, state of the art bottling line of its size in North America. It fills, caps and labels an impressive 10,000 bottles per hour at full speed. Our cellar has been expanded to allow for more than 3200 BBL of fermentation space as of late 2011.

Doug brought his passion for crafting great beer to our new brewery. Starting in his kitchen in Seattle, Doug had spent ten years refining recipes and playing with brewing processes until he settled on two perfect recipes, although not yet the names – 90 Shilling and Easy Street Wheat. After brewing and kegging his beer, Doug would deliver it, pick up empties, and make sales calls out of his old mustard-colored Datsun pickup. Corkie cleaned out the tanks and Wynne paid the bills.
Flash forward to 1994 and you’ll find us in our newly constructed brewery, a vast 8,000 square feet, working hard to brew 8,300 barrels of beer. Two short years later, we amended our draft-only focus, added a bottling line and started churning out six packs for the drink-at-home fans. Numerous small expansions ensued. By 2009, having outgrown every inch and aspect of our brewery, we doubled our plant size to 45,000 square feet and our beer sold to 45,000 barrels – one barrel per square foot!
Today we’re 60 co-workers strong and still dedicated to sharing our passion for delicious beer with our ever-growing family of fans. Experimentation with beer recipes, barrel aging and yeast cultivation coupled with our dedication to our customers and each other keep our creative juices flowing and our reputation for excellent, innovative beers growing.

- India Pale Ale- Using the traditional IPA we made it a little bolder and more flavorful-American Style. We’ve added new varieties of highly aromatic American hops to create a distinctive bitterness profile and an incredible hop character.
- 5 Barrel Pale Ale- Strained through a bed of whole flower hops which gives the beer a fresh, lively finish.
- Cutthroat Porter- Smooth and robust inspired by London porters, dark roasted malts create a deep, rich color and flavor that hint of chocolate and coffee.
- St. Lupulin EPA – Our Spring Seasonal. Extraordinary oils in this yellow resin provide this dry hopped extra pale ale with an undeniably pleasing floral aroma and clean, crisp finish.
- Myrcenary Double IPA – Named for Myrcene, a component of essential oils in the hops flower. Myrcenary Double IPA is our tribute to those who revere the illustrious hop and their unyielding exploit to craft hop forward beers. This Double IPA prevails with a tropical fruit like flavor, and pungent floral aroma, and a clean getaway.
- Loose Leaf-Session IPA – You know those epic days that start with an idea, turn into a dare and end with a great story to tell? This is the beer for those days. Crisp and refreshing like any respectable session ale, but a bit more hop-forward and flavorful than some. Perfect for going with the flow.
- Lugene – If you’ve ever been to our brewery, you’ve likely seen the old, beat-up truck that hauls away our spent grain. That truck belongs to Lugene, who’s been feeding his dairy cows the hearty malt for over a decade. Named in his honor, Lugene Chocolate Milk Stout is brewed with milk sugar and milk chocolate. The rich and creamy brew reminds us of a cold glass of chocolate milk and our hometown “Aggie” roots.
- Tree Shaker – Imperial Peach IPA has roots right here in Colorado. We balanced familiar citrusy hop notes with the subtle sweetness of local peaches. You might say we gave both the tree and the style a playful little shake. 8%Alc
- Easy Street – Light and refreshing, Easy Street Wheat is an unfiltered American-style wheat beer. Leaving in the yeast gives the beer a nice, smooth finish and a slightly citrusy flavor. Easy Street Wheat gets its name by brewers “taking it easy” and not filtering the beer. However, for ultimate enjoyment, we encourage you to work just a little harder in pouring it: pour 2/3 of the beer into a glass, swirl what’s left to stir up the yeast, then pour the rest and enjoy.4.6%Alc
The Boulder Beer Company was Colorado’s first microbrew and the forty-third licensed brewery in the United States. It was founded on September 25, 1979 by David Hummer, Alvin Nelson, and Randolf Ware. Ware and Hummer were physics professors at the University of Colorado at Boulder and home brewers. When the laws surrounding home brewing were relaxed, the brewery originally started on a farm in a “goatshack.”

Halcyon – Unfiltered American Wheat- is an unapologetic American style wheat beer with a like the finest days of summer. Our brewery is situated on the buckle of the “wheat belt”, so this beer means something special to us. Halcyon Unfiltered Wheat is the result of our Midwestern angst, an all American wheat with real Kansas-grown grain in the brew.
8 Bit Pale Ale-Just like those classic video games we all grew up with, 8-Bit Pale Ale seems spectacularly simple at first, yet remarkably fun and complex when you get into it.
Our Hop-Rocket* infuses the character of Austrailian grown Galaxy Hops into an American Pale Ale, giving a unique tropical, almost melon aroma in a classic American style.
*a hop-rocket is the stainless steel vessel that we use to cycle the beer through Galaxy Hops for 6 hours before we send the beer to you. This adds extra hop oils, tastes and aroma, not gained in the normal brewing process.
Zombie Monkey Robust Porter- Zombie Monkie is a dark, rich porter, carefully brewed for the post-apocalyptic world to come. Crafted with lots of roasty dark chocolate and specialty malts, then inoculated with enough hops to add a floral/citrus character in the finish. It’s hardy, complex, and interesting, because you might be drinking it for a long time.
Vanilla Bean Buffalo Sweat Stout- To create Vanilla Bean Buffalo Sweat we start with our best selling beer, Buffalo Sweat. We carefully infuse this award- winning oatmeal cream stout with whole Ugandan vanilla beans. This enhances the beer’s natural dark-roasted flavors of espresso, chocolate, and creamy sweetness. “Liquid chocolate chip espresso cookies” is how one fan described its unique flavor.Winter Seasonal
16 Bit Double Pale Ale- is the next generation of pale ale from Tallgrass. Alaska has a rich history of brewing. From the explorers of the 1700s through the Gold Rush, many a thirsty Alaskan has been able to enjoy locally made beers.
In 1986, 28-year-olds Marcy and Geoff Larson reignited that tradition when they opened the Alaskan Brewing Company, the 67th brewery in the country and the first brewery in Juneau since Prohibition. Alaskan beers reflect many of the same characteristics of beers that were brewed here during the gold rush era. From the historically based Alaskan Amber recipe to alder-smoked malts and Sitka spruce tips, Alaskan beers reflect Juneau’s local brewing history and innovation.
Located in beautiful Bend, Oregon, Deschutes Brewery is in the business of daring people to expect more from their beer. That’s why we started off in 1988, on the banks of the Deschutes River here in Bend, Oregon, by selling Black Butte Porter at a time when others were sure a dark beer would never catch on. Founded in 1986, the Abita Brewing Company is nestled in the piney woods 30 miles north of New Orleans. In its first year, the brewery produced 1,500 barrels of beer. We had no idea what we started. Customers loved our beer! By 1994, we outgrew the original site (now our 100 seat brew pub) and moved up the road to a larger facility to keep up with demand. We brew over 109,000 barrels of beer and 6,000 barrels of root beer in our state of the art brewing facility. Our lagers and ales are brewed in small batches, hand-crafted by a team of dedicated workers with only the highest ideals of quality. This pride, along with our brewing process, is what creates our great brews. We are privately owned and operated by local shareholders, many who have been with us since day one. Abita uses only the finest ingredients – British and North American malted barley, German and American yeast strains, Pacific Northwest hops and the pure artesian water of Abita Springs.
Stone Brewing Co. was founded in 1996 by Greg Koch and Steve Wagner in San Marcos, CA.
Stone Go To IPA- We are embracing our hop obession in a new way, funneling an abundence of lupulin-borne bitterness into a “session” IPA delivering all the fruity, piney character of a much bigger IPA. To accomplish this, we employed “hop bursting,”a new technique wherein an irrational amount of hops is added during the final phase of the brewing process to coax out extreme flavors and aromas while also imparting a burst of desirably pleasant bitterness. The result is an Alpha-acid rich beer that fans can enjoy more of without missing out on the assertive hop character you, like us, crave. So, sit back and go two with your new everyday go-to IPA and bask along with us in the glory of the almighty hop.
Arrogant Bastard Ale- This is an aggressive ale. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth. We would suggest that you stick to safer and more familar territory- maybe something with a multi-million dollar ad compaign aimed at convincing you it’s made in a little brewery, or one that implies that their tasteless fizzy yellow beverage will give you more sex appeal. Delicious IPA-While our beers are many and diverse, yet unified by overarching boldness, India pale ales are our undeniable bread and butter. We’ve brewed many over the past 18 years, from double-down bitter bombs to piney session sippers. Whether it’s big IBUs or a precise ABV, there’s usually a target we’re shooting for. The same is true of this, our latest IPA, but we gave zero thought to any acronyms. This one was all about packing as much unique and, you guessed it, delicious flavor into a glass as humanly possible, regardless of oomph or octane. This intensely citrusy, beautifully bitter beer is worthy of the simple-yet-lordly title of Stone Delicious IPA. Lemondrop and El Dorado hops combine to bring on a magnificent lemon candy-like flavor that’s balanced by hop spice. It’s unlike anything we’ve tasted in nearly two decades of IPA experimentation, and another lupulin-laced creation we’re excited to introduce to hopheads everywhere.

Ruination Double IPA 2.0- was the first full-time brewed and bottled West Coast double IPA on the planet. As craft beer has evolved over the years, so too have techniques for maximizing hop flavors and aromas. For the second incarnation of our groundbreaking India pale ale, we employed dry hopping and hop bursting to squeeze every last drop of piney, citrusy, tropical essence from the hops that give this beer its incredible character. Long Hammer – The generous addition of hops both during and at the end of the fermentation process (dry-hopping) gives our India Pale Ale its characteristic bitterness and piney citrus aroma and flavor. The medium body, crisp finish, and moderate alcohol and IBU levels makes this one of America’s most drinkable and best-selling IPAs.
ESB- Brewed in the style of a traditional British ESB (Extra Special Bitter), we’ve been making ESB continuously since 1987, and it’s now the benchmark for the Amber category. Despite having “bitter” in its name, Redhook ESB is really not that bitter at all. This brew is all about the balance of caramel malt sweetness completed by spicy, citrusy hops.
When the first Goose Island Brewpub opened its doors in 1988, domestic, mass-produced beer was deeply ingrained in Midwestern culture. The craft beer industry was still in its infancy, with only a handful of brewpubs in existence in the Midwest. In his travels across Europe, beer-lover John Hall had enjoyed a distinctive local brew in each region he visited. Hall was convinced that Midwesterners could produce beers as good or better than those he’d tasted in his travels. Living on the shore of the largest system of fresh water on the planet Earth, in a city with rapidly evolving tastes – John decided that his hometown of Chicago would be the ideal place to do just that.
The key to building interest in craft beer, Hall decided, was to allow consumers to watch the brewing process – while providing them with the then-novel experience of enjoying a wide variety of distinctive beers that had been produced on-site. Hall wanted to not only cater to his customers’ tastes, but to challenge them as well. Goose Island’s brewers set to work crafting a diverse selection of unique beers – and on Friday, May 13, 1988 the Goose Island Brewpub was born.
It turned out that John was right; Chicagoans palates evolved rapidly once Goose Island’s Brewpub opened its doors and introduced the city to distinctive craft beer. By 1995, the brewpub had become so popular that John Hall decided to open a larger brewery and bottling plant to keep up with demand. Finding still more room for growth, in 1999 Hall opened a second Goose Island Brewpub just a stone’s throw away from historic Wrigley Field.
Castaway IPA– A full-bodied, American-style I.P.A that is bronze in color, Castaway IPA is “dry hopped” (aged with liberal amounts of whole hop flowers after fermentation) for assertive hop flavor and aroma. The bitterness is balanced by the malty body of the beer.
Longboard Lager– is a smooth refreshing lager fermented and aged for weeks at cold temperatures to yeild its exceptionally smooth flavor. A delicate, slighty spicy hop aroma complements the malty body of this beer.
Big Wave Golden Ale– Our brewers wanted to make a beer that went down easy after a day out on the water. Big Wave Golden Ale is just the ticket. Big Wave is a lighter bodied golden ale with a tropical hop aroma aroma flavor – a smooth, easy drinking refreshing ale. The use of caramel malt contributes to the golden hue of this beer and our special blend of hops provides bright quenching finish.
Dragon’s Milk- Is a 17th century term used to describe the strong beer usually reserved for royalty. This strong ale was aged in oak for over 120 days. The aging process extracts flavors from the wood, which contribute to its complex character. Hints of bourbon flavor perfectly compliment its roasted malts to produce a beer fit for a king.
Mad Hatter Ale (IPA) – Is insanely dry hopped with Centennial Hops. This pale copper colored ale has a flowery hop aroma and a bold hop bitterness. Hop Heads Only Please!!
Imperial Hatter-(Imperial/Double IPA) – A robust renovation of the India Pale Ale. Assertive dry-hoppying provides an aromatic telltale nose, indicative of the bitter symphony to follow. Bold hop character with lively grapefruit and citrus notes.
The Poet (Stout) – This stout is sheer beer poetry. Let it warm to aboout 45 degrees and pour it into glass to fully experience its rich, roasty flavors and hints of coffee and chocolate. One glass and you’ll agree: The poet is truly a rich, creamy brew of epic proportions.
Cabin Fever (Brown Ale) – Robust in character yet smooth in delivery, Cabin Fever is a roasty brown ale and a hearty, comforting companion for long, mind-bending winters. Its rye, roast and raisin notes play off a subtle caramel sweetness and culminate in a dry finish. Excellent with roasts, stews, caramelized onions and snowfall.

Mikkeller is a microbrewery founded in 2006 in Copenhagen, Denmark that is based on the so-called “cuckoo”, “phantom” or “gypsy” ethos; that is, the company does not operate an official brewery and, instead, collaborates with other brewers to produce their recipes or experimental one-off brews.
